In this strategic role, you will drive the evolution of smart RF controllers to be integrated with high power GaN RF products, easing the adaptation and implementation of high performance, high power GaN RF products. As a technical leader, you will influence system-level strategies for RF controller ICs and play a pivotal role in defining our future technology roadmap. This is a full-lifecycle leadership position, taking concepts from initial architecture through production-ready silicon. What You’ll Do
- Lead Product Development: Drive the design and implementation of critical circuits for smart RF controller such high negative voltage charge pumps, high voltage level shifter, PMICs (LDO, Bandgap, UVLO), temperature sensors, current sensor, analog and digital sequencer and serial interfaces (SPI, I2C, RFFE).
- Architect power solutions: Design and optimize high-negative voltage charge pumps, highvoltage level shifters, and DC-DC controllers to be integrated with RF circuits.
- Strategy & roadmap: Collaborate with executive leadership to define system-level strategies and the long-term roadmap for our RF controller products.
- Design ownership: Manage the complete development cycle from definition to working silicon using Cadence CAD tools, ensuring designs meet performance, power, and area targets.
- Mentorship & collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of circuit designers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaborative innovation.
Skills
- Experience: 7-10 years of experience in Analog/Mixed-Signal IC design, specifically within RF or power management sectors.
- Technical mastery: Deep expertise in PMIC design, high-voltage circuit architectures, and serial interface standards (RFFE, SPI, I2C).
- Tools: Advanced proficiency in the Cadence Design Suite and circuit simulation environments.
- Product lifecycle: Proven track record of taking complex Analog/Mixed Signal designs from concept to successful high-volume production.
- Soft skills: Strong self-motivation and the ability to lead cross-functional technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with BCD or BiCMOS processes for mixed signal applications.
- Deep understanding of Analog/Mixed Signal/PMIC circuit design techniques.
- Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Why Join Us?
- Innovation-First Culture: Work at the intersection of RF and smart-controller technology.
- Impact: Directly influence the architectural direction of a growing product portfolio.
