Tagore Technology has developed an extremely compact 210W power supply module based on PFC+LLC topology using a total of 4 Tagore’s high-efficiency TP44200NM power GaN ICs. The size of this module is only 70x46x31.5mm with a power density of 2.07W/cm3, average efficiency of >93.25%, full load output efficiency of 95.6% at Vin=200VAC, full load IC temperature at worst case (Vin=90VAC) of 93C, and many other impressive features. This module can be used as a computer adapter, industrial power supply, multi-port PD3.1/PD3.0 charger by simply adding corresponding secondary DC-DC converting circuitry. The outstanding performance of this 210W power supply module is another example of the excellency of Tagore’s Superior GaN ICs.
