Paul Hart
CEO
Paul Hart brings more than 25 years of experience in the RF semiconductor field to TagoreTech, specializing in technology creation, product development and market adoption of cutting-edge RF solutions. Prior to joining Tagore, Paul served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Radio Power business at NXP Semiconductor. Before that, Paul spent 15 years with Motorola and Freescale Semiconductor, in various technical and marketing roles including Senior Vice President of RF Power. Mr. Hart earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Arizona and a Master of Science degree in microwaves and optoelectronics from University College London.

Manish Shah
.Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer
Manish Shah is a co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of TagoreTech Inc. As a CTO and Head of R&D, Manish is responsible for all engineering, product development, and applications support activities. With over 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, Manish brings a deep understanding of high-power RF frontend products, 650V GaN power devices with monolithically integrated driver and protection circuits, and cellular transceivers. His expertise extends to high power Milcomm & Public Safety communication systems, radar, drones, cellular infrastructure, and cellular radios. Prior to TagoreTech, Manish led design teams at Fujitsu, Motorola, and Freescale, where he played a pivotal role in developing 2G, 3G, and 4G cellular transceivers. Throughout his career, Manish has consistently pushed the boundaries of design and innovation. He holds 14 issued patents and many more pending. Manish holds a master's degree in electrical engineering from National Technological University and a bachelor’s degree with Honors in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Klaus Buehring
Chief Marketing Officer
Klaus Buehring is Chief Marketing Officer at Tagore and has 25+ years of management experience. Klaus has held a range of senior positions including Executive Vice President Samsung Electronics and Senior Vice President Cambridge Silicon Radio (CSR). Prior to that, Klaus was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the RF, Analog and Sensor Group at Freescale Semiconductor. While at Freescale he led the turnaround of the company’s billion-dollar Radio Products Division. Prior to Freescale, Klaus served as Vice President and General Manager of the Power Amplifier Division at Skyworks Solutions, and before that held the same position at Conexant Systems. Klaus started his career at Rockwell International in 1983 and held positions of increasing responsibility spanning key marketing and engineering roles. In 1995, Klaus was named Rockwell’s Engineer of the Year for his contribution to the development of GaAs HBT power amplifiers.
